2. Scope of Services

Landscape PRO LLC provides:

• Lawn care & maintenance
• Landscape design
• Patio restoration
• Irrigation services
• Drainage solutions
• Hardscaping installation
• Lawn restoration

All services are subject to project evaluation and availability.

3. Estimates & Pricing

• Estimates are based on visible site conditions.
• Hidden conditions (rock, root systems, underground utilities) may affect final pricing.
• Written approval is required before additional work begins.
• Estimates are valid for 15–30 days unless stated otherwise.

4. Deposits & Payment Terms

• Larger projects may require a deposit (typically 30–50%).
• Deposits secure labor scheduling and material purchases.
• Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may incur interest charges.

5. Project Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Severe weather
• Material shortages
• Permit delays
• Acts of God
• Client-requested changes

Schedules are estimates and may shift accordingly.

6. Property Conditions & Underground Utilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Identifying property lines
• Disclosing underground utilities
• Informing us of septic systems, irrigation lines, or hidden hazards

Landscape PRO LLC is not liable for undisclosed underground conditions.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

We provide workmanship warranties where stated in writing.

However, we cannot guarantee:

• Plant survival due to extreme weather
• Damage from improper watering
• Damage caused by pets, pests, or third parties

Natural elements are beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services rendered.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Consequential losses
• Pre-existing property issues

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, text, and images are the property of Landscape PRO LLC and may not be copied or reproduced.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
